CC Products "side-braces" featured conical mounts that were welded to the frame. The braces were then bolted to these mounts. Pictured also is a swing arm with triangulated bracing welded in place. A gusset has also been added to the steering neck area of this frame: /i//white_frame_cc_brace_frm_swng.jpg

With welded-on side bracing, there is no longer room enough to remove the engine from the frame. Therefor it becomes necessary to be able to unbolt the lower frame rails from the main-frame. Detail of frame "lugs" used to allow engine removal on frames with welded side bracing. These were fabricated for Sam LePrevost.
